Bimax + Hair transplant + Chin implant + fat grafting

Hello,

i got bimax some years ago and recently went and got a hair transplant, fat grafting to the whole face and a chin implant.
The HT is only couple months old so it is not final, also i am one week post the last procedure so it will still go down a lot.



Note: if there are three pictures, its before bimax -> after bimax -> after all the procedures.

Nice pretty good ascension especially considering your base.
Fat graft you did last week yes ? When you say all face do you mean orbitals, cheeks, temples, mentolabial folds ?

How many grafts was the HT ? Were did you go to do it and would you say it was worth it for the price?

HT was around 2000 grafts. I live in eu and there is 1 provider in my country that does pretty much every single hair transplant done here, price was around 5k. I like it already because i dont have to comb over my norwooding hair anymore but ofc the density is not there yet so will have to wait atleast 4-6 more months to see how it came out.

Fat graft was around 30cc of fat from my waist. 6cc per side to gonial angles (mostly deep in to the masseter and under it if im correct), 5cc per per side to cheeks, 2cc per side to pyriform aperture, 1cc to nasal spina. 1cc per side to upper eyelids.

I am happy with the results right now, just have to be patient and see how it settles.
Will have to see how much of it resorbs but i am prepared to go for another round in a year. Considering adding some to temples and brows on that second round.

Why didnt you get a genioplasty

Maybe he wanted to preserve jaw contour.

I think the implant was best choice for me for many reasons. I also consulted ramieri about genio and it would have been an extra operation and cost me around 10k, while the chin implant was basically free compared to that done simultaneously with fat grafting.

Also chin implant gave me what i wanted. It was put in an angle to give more vertical height to my chin and extending laterally giving widening. Also implant is less invasive and easier recovery and if it does not look good you can easily take it off or swich it later.

What was the goal of that? Was this to reduce nasalobial folds of some sort?

Also mirin the low inhib on doing cheeks. I'm afraid I'd look like a monkey afterwards.

Split genio would have been much better.

Similar to paranasal implants. Push the base of the nose outwards, simultaneously reduces nasolabial folds. I felt like my upper lip/philtrum was too big/puffy after bimax compared to my nose etc, especially from 3/4 profile. Pics dont show it well but i really like the results that it created.

I was actually surprised how much the surgeon put in my cheeks but im not complaining, kinda like it.
