Bimax in mass general or boston children's hospital?

These are two surgeons I found after doing a little research. For context I do have downward growth so I might qualify for insurance but I can't be sure without a consultation. So i would be getting this bimax for both functional but mostly aesthetic reasons (although i'll larp that i'm not doing it for aesthetics)
