No one wants to get 3 cm only with LL that's not worth it, most get 6-8 cm sometimes even more if doing multiple segments. 6-8 cm femur + 5 cm tibia is common combo

If you can go from 170 cm to 180 that's huge, same with 165 -> 173 cm that's also a huge jump. The height pill is truly brutal
