Bimax or implants which one is better

I was thinking about this from a very long time…I want to give my jaw more width and want some jaw forward growth ,btw my maxilla is forwardly grown. I am confused in both implants and Bimax I think bimax is a good option but it is expensive and has a long recovery time….their is no problem with money but I want a genuine opinion on both of them so that I can conclude which one is best to go with,in future

Have a decent maxilla but bad jaw area, gonial angle is around 122 degree
