I plan to do bimax/trimax + implants. Will bimax alone improve my sunken mid face and jaw assymetry? Is it over? Want to read you.

You have good forward growth but your jaw is so fucking narrow. Maybe implants..?

Yea man and funny thing is that it doesn't look that narrow irl because my face stores lot of fat even though I'm skinny, so idk what would happen with implants; don't want to look bloated tbh

Facial fat removal and then implants and/or fillers.

Bimax is one of the few surgeries that can ascend hard if severe short face syndrome but is high risk af.

Don’t do that jfl. You only get fat removed in your face if you have Jordan Barrett bone mass. Otherwise you’re setting yourself up for aging failure. Lose weight OP.

Lose weight will do the same thing.. it’s natty fat removal..
Btw I said implants too, that would create the appearance of bone mass on his face.

It’s not the same. Youthful fat deposits are different than being overweight. As OP pointed out, he is skinny.

it could but a bimax may still create a better foundation for eventual implants.

You can get jaw widening with bimax but you'll risk getting condyle problems and tmj, depends on the case.

Is your lower lip behind the upper one?
No, it's at the same level. I had my teeth compensated previously but without jaw surgery. Basically my teeth are "right" but my jaw is not defined because is so narrow, plus is also assymetrycal. They said that in order to improve the sunken mid face (top upper jaw) a bimax is indicated, but I don't know if it will be worth the risk

Then go for a custom genio for chin widening if you want that and implants, bimax is useless for you.

And what about the asymmetry? It's really noticeable, even my lower lip is displaced to the right because of my shitty jaw. Don't know any real alternative for that besides jaw surgery :feelswhy:

It is not worth it unless functional issues amd you actually begin reccesed, i wouldn't risk dogmaxxing for just the sake of fixing asymmetry.

You don't have so bad assymetries even jaw implants and can change the lips a little bit. Maybe paranasal implant too

Bimax is for forward growth. His issue is not forward growth. It’s jaw width..

It’s high risk bruh.. surgeons themselves even told me that it’s not recommended for cosmetic purposes, only if you have breathing issues or severe injury.
Permanent nerve damage is common and the recovery is brutal af and it lasts months..
