you just have shit forward growth and a bimax+genio is called a trimax, also get infraorbital imprants

ur whole midface is recessed which would include ur maxxila, mandible, ur zygos arent very prominest so u could get zygo implants, infraorbitals are also recessed. i would rcomment a trimax+ infraorbital implants+zygo implants+rhinoplasty which would cost around 120,000 even more so yea

Jaw surgery would pretty much address 80% of your concerns. Your nose is okay for a black race, post jaw surgery you could try full face fat grafting.

If youre not getting covered travel to eu (12-20k is the price for trimax)
