can someone give advice for getting jaw surgery, specifically bimax, like how to find the right surgeon and if i'd need any more surgeries than that ( also considering implants like infra orbitals and/or gonion ) pic attached

Bro your jaw is fine, you dont need bimax. Maybe genioplasty at best but I cant see that clearly from that angle
