What's the difference between these two surgeries?

English isn't my native language so I'm having difficulty understanding some terms like clockwise rotation etc

Bsso is cutting and moving the mandible

Bimax

Is bsso plus lefort 1. Lefort 1 is cutting and moving the maxila (upper jaw) . It's also referred to as double jaw as both jaws are moving.

Genioplasty is cutting and moving the chin the above animation shows that.

Ccw which is counter clock wise rotation I am not to sure on this but assume when the cut is done uts at angle so the jaw is facing a new angle instead of being in one direction. The above animation shows this.

Lol that lefort looks painful as fuck

Bimax is the creme de la creme of surgeries

Honestly most people below PSL 4.5 seem recessed. It would straighten a lot of them out
