Bimax with Ramieri or Mse + Bimax with no name Canadian surgeon

I’ve been thinking this over for the past few days. Not sure what decision to make. To put it into context I can’t afford mse + ramieri as I’m going into med school. I have 32mm intermolar width. What should I do? I can pm pics of palate if curious.

BSSO is straightforward procedure

You cant just show a Bsso good result cuz any surgeon even the most bad one can just advance jaw so they meet up class 1.

Double jaw surgery is more complex

Dont cope thinking ramieri is a bad sirgeon and that a random one mog his result.

Not saying random surgeon cant mog ramieri results, but ramieri is doing good job.

Have you heard of surgeons Dr. Ho, and Soliman? Are they any good. That’s currently who I’d be referred to. The Mse provider said the is eyeing between 6-8mm expansion.

Here's the thing, Ramieri is a random surgeon, which isn't to say that he's in any way a bad surgeon. But other random surgeons are also good.

It depends what you want out of it, if it's strictly functional and you don't require alot of expansion perhaps, but if you have certain aesthetic goals like zygo expansion personally I would wait to see more FME results

I wouldn't go with either tbh, Canadian surgeons are going to do the absolute minimum in order to fix your bite.

1st option, you are not too narrow and bimax alone will make it seem a lot less narrow by bringing it forward. waiting time is trash and if needed u can still potentially do mse after

Did you get the suregry with Ramieri? May I ask who was your Orthodontist? I also live in Canada but can't find an orthodontist to co-ordinate with Ramieri. He said that I need to do ortho first because surgery 1st isn't an option for me.
