Could that happen just from forward movement or CCWR?it can push the tip up and widen the alar base
I think it's more likely to happen with linear advancement because the part of the maxilla that's closer to the nose moves more than with CCW rotation.Could that happen just from forward movement or CCWR?
Is there anyway to prevent this? Or would I need t get a rhinoplasty after.it can push the tip up and widen the alar base
There's something called an alar cinch that is supposed to keep it from widening. Is there anyway to prevent this? Or would I need t get a rhinoplasty after.
I need bimax for functional problems/asymmetry could use a little bit of advancement as-well.
But my nose is already wide and slightly upturned
Im planning to do it with rameri so ill ask him when I consult soon. Thanks. There's something called an alar cinch that is supposed to keep it from widening.
But most people who get bimax don't need rhino after.
