Bimax

I thought about getting a bimax because my jaw is very uneven and my mandible is pretty small for my age, I have deep bite. I also have a little bit of a turned sphenoid. I am thankfully not as cooked as it sounds but I think I could ascend to maybe cl with that surgery.

Enough yap. Does anyone know surgeons in turkey? Or just any cheap country? I don't want to save money half of my life for this.
