Holy shit guys i just got the measurements done for a septo and rhinoplasty and i just convinced my nose doctor for me to go to another doctor first to see if i will get a bimax first. He said its possible i can get it because of my tmj, snoring and some recessment.

If you already had doubts that you might need bimax, you're retarded for spending time/money on consults for septo/rhino instead of just going straight to a maxfac.
