me and gemini have beeen going back and forth its saying if i move my maxilla up i am going to get chimp lip and also my nose will get wider. does anyone know whether i would benefit from a high cut le forte 1

Less then 4 mm and some ccw. Also depends on how far your teeth are to the soft tissue. But generally under 5 mm is the rule, and for you i would say 4

agreed, generally noses like this is a sign you need lefort and ofc you need to bring out the mandible to match

most of the time doing lefort 1 will upturn the nose on its own, but ofc a rhino will get better results. Im not sure if its too necessary for you though

yo i have a surgery planning the surgeon says 2mm advancement at ANS and 4mm at upper teeth do you think thats too little
can i do 4mm and 6mm upper teeth? thank you!
