5 weeks of cutting gone to waste cause i ate like 5k cals today lol:feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:.
think ill just stick to being happy and eat food that i want
 
I struggled with this ALOT before hopping on reta, I would un-do weeks worth of diet due to binge eating mainly cause I went out to get drunk.

literally what happened to me yesterday lol, i was eating shit and drinking as well, did have fun tho. i probably undid about 5-7 days of progress and thanks for the idea ill check it out

no weightloss is ever stable either, so if you wanna semi cope and call it a re-feed to not damage your metabolic health being In chronic deficit do as you please 😅

well it cancels the last week of progress i did. But not the other 4 weeks, so yes youre technically right. i also had like 5000mg of sodium yesterday :feelswhy:

Binging is a part of the process, don't give up dude, use all that new fuel in the gym🙏
