I realized that when I eat a lot of carbs in one sitting like a sweet potato, an hour later I'll want to end up eating junk food. Then I end up loosing control and start eating a lot of garbage, it's like this every single week. Is there any way to avoid this?

I used to binge. It was because i was way too restrictive on my day to day diet.
You should be eating atleast 2000 calories if youre a guy. Probably even higher. I would lose weight off of 2300. Also dont restrict ur food too much. Every couple days have what ur craving.

I'm restricting a lot of food mainly because of skin issues. If I eat shit one day I get acne that lasts a week or longer.

Well figure out what you can eat that taste good. Then eat that. If you feel like binging, eat normal food for a few days at a normal intake. Dont try to restrict after a binge. Binging means your relationship with food isnt right. Ur too obsessed about your intake and most likely have obsessive anxiety about it.

Realize u will eat normally one day and not have to restrict.

The ONLY thing that worked is cutting out carbs completely. I suffered from binge eating, can eat 10k calories of carbs and goy easily.

Once you fully cut out carbs (or anything that tastes like them them like diet sodas etc) you will lose any interest in carbs.

Just eat any meats, eggs and water, the carb cravings will go quick. Doesn’t have to be something you stick to for life, but will allow you to stick to your diet to reach your goals. And if you have intolerances, this diet will put you in a good place to clear your intolerances and you can slowly reintroduce foods in and assess your reaction to them.

I only get this when i eat goyslop what are you eating exactly as carb sources?

It's called blood sugar, when it drops you will get cravings to eat more which are indistinguishable from hunger.

It’s all a battle of will. You don’t seem to want good results badly enough so you decide to let yourself go by binging.

sweet potatoes and blueberries and avacados, sometimes bananas
Weird you shouldn't have super high sugar levels unless you eat way too much of them , try to stay below 20-30 grams of carbs per meal

You’re probably cutting too hard/quickly if you binge because you ate whole food carbs like a sweet potato.

It’s normal for sugar/processed goyslop to lead to increased cravings and urges to binge on a cut, but not shit like bananas, apples, potatoes, etc in my experience.

Cookies, chips, sweets are chock-full of chemicals, oils, sodium, flavorings to make them hyper palatable and calorie dense so it’s common knowledge that eating these things makes you crave more and more because of the blood sugar spike and dopamine hit you get from the taste. Thats not really the case with natural complex carbs
