People say that BioBloc, will expand your maxilla outwards in a 3d plane and forwards unlike shitty MSE ape device with only does laterally and gives you a wide nose.

My goal is to get this mogger stretch in the face that O'pry and Atesh have from facial depth due to a forward grown lefort 1 area relative to there upper maxillas

My question is, how do I obtain this device?
and can I pare it with certain headgear (e.g reversepull) that will assist it.

I saw a few posts on reddit saying you can acquire this device by emailing this German website (https://www.bracesshop.com/en/) to get a custom-made biobloc, but that would cost 100+. Others say they get it for dirt cheap but don't specify from where

Nearly 100% sure the site you linked is fraudulent. There’s no way it’s going for that cheap.

On reddit they said to email them for a custom Bio Bloc, I dont think it is listed on the website unless I am blind

How so? and orthos are stingy bitches, they will do every mental gymnastic not to give you an appliance, the only alternative is if you pay them 10k

these will likely damage your teeth and tip them, esp if ur an adult this would be horrible

even if it were to work it would likely cause horrible assymetry, even orthos mess up shit like this so do NOT do this

mse does 1mm forward for every 10mm lateral. John Mew claims that based on a study he did (a survey study of a bunch of different cases from different orthotropists) Biobloc does 3-5mm forward for every 7mm lateral (in adults). so the ratio is better than mse. That said, the front wire which is there to flare incisors out is not really intended to give you forward growth. It might even recess the maxilla a little after all in order to push forward it needs to push back...

Ive been doing biobloc orthotopic treatment and am almost done with the expansion phase. went from 36 to 41mm imw, now flaring incisors out a few mm's and extruding back teeth a little to improve deep bite.

My face has def become a little more attractive since starting treatment. midface expanded and my face looks as though Im lower body fat even though I'm probably a little higher than before treatment.

All around I wouldn't suggest one do biobloc treatment unless your base is so shit that you cant maintain proper oral posture and function despite your best effort. Biobloc treatment itself wont significantly increase your smv/psl.

i went to a pro orthotropist btw paid 10k.

Also even though biobloc is the best removable appliance (aside from alf maybe) the provider is more important than the appliance itself.

The transition of my upper to lower maxilla (around the nostrils) is a bit concave/flatter. Since you have the appliance, can you pair it with removable headgear? and also did you achieve the "stretch" that I highlighted.

you can yes, I have not though. Im thinking of doing some sort of protraction but maybe not connected to bloc, maybe an implant drilled into palate or maxilla above palate.

As for the stretch, I haven't finishes treatment so I cant say, but I def can see how I may once we move the front teeth forward and then reposition my mandible forward.

Do you have any tips to find any biobloc providers thats actually are willing to use it on someone older then 10? What provider did you goto?

pedroche madrid. if u can u could also go to NYC CTOR orthodontics isn't really orthotropics but its very similar.

ive seen people use braceshop and see results with no sides. aslong as you find the perfect mm expansion per month ratio you should be good. mse is way too quick so these are safer and dont worry about them only moving your teeth, your molars will move the bone

How old are you? How quick is the palatal expansion (I'm asking because slower is better, gives the rest of your facial bones time to keep up with maxillary growth)? Does it cause assymmetry?

i'm 24, removable expanders should be very slow. the rate of expansion is mainly determined by your age, it can cause asymmetry. My current experience of biobloc is: increased my tongue space, and definitely flared teeth, may have expanded bones. My treatment isn't over yet. Ill be getting post-scans to determine all the details.

If your looking for expansion just know that no expansion will cure you of your sleep issues, or ascend your face. Different techniques can help in varying ways but they are only a part of a laundry list of todos if your goal is to fix an airway problem/cfd.

If I knew what I know now (and note treatment is still not done) I would still do it. Other than biobloc I would consider CTOR orthodontics and FME paths. Issue with CTOR is that they arent very blackpilled or even cfdpilled so they may not offer you the treatment you want (gotta go talk to them yourself) and fme we still don't know the details of what it does and how the expansions look. Ive seen 1 fme 5mm expansion which looked okay. he didn't really change in any profound ways but his face may be a little wider. FME+FMA (their facemask) is interesting and haven't seen anyone treated with it yet.

the path you choose to take in your journey is still a very personal thing there arent any clear winners in the expansion space.

How can you say expansion won't ascend your face or improve sleep issues? That's the whole point of the expansion, no?

I didnt say it wont improve your face or improve your sleep issues. It will do those things. I said it wont solve those problems. If you have sleep issues you will need a lot more then just expansion. Expansion would be part of a comprehensive solution tho.

I cant tell you how many people I have seen foolishly go into expansions of all sorts thinking its the solution to all their problems and then couple years later they are getting DJS (bimax) after realizing what I'm saying.

I went to airway ortho hut he didnt do it only homeoblock and regular palate expanders, im not crazy deficient, my imw is 40 and my indicator is 41, i just wanna get 45mm imw and 38mm indicator line. Shits crazy expensive tho. You think its worth it in my case or should i just mew im 19 1/2

Do you have a clear Myo-Functional routine after tongue-tied release? I live in a retarted country that may not even be familiar with the term "Myo-functional". Thank you, I would really appreciate it if you could help me out.
