Biobloc or RPE? 15yo

im 15.6 yo currently and my palate is pretty narrow(I have about a 6 tooth smile, its ropefuel). i also have an overbite(my upper teeth cover ~50% of my lower teeth), i was wondering whether itd be better to get a biobloc appliance or RPE? I've heard biobloc can cause forward growth but it also apparently expands slower, would i be able to expand enough before my sutures close with biobloc? I wanna expand like 8-10mms to hopefully get at least an 8 tooth smile. also would i get a teeth gap with it most likely?
