Biotin or zinc causing fatty skin?

Had ordered a biotin supplement with zinc & selenium in it and took the first pill yesterday in the evening. Now my skin looks kind of fatty, it's glowing like I applied oil or sth. Really weird. Any explanation? Never had skin like this really but could also be the Botox I had yesterday. Just curious.

Botox was just on forehead and temple area though and my whole facial skin has a fatty glow now. Forgot to add.
