I guess not alot of peole have heard of drinking birch water but its quite common in my country. Every early spring we drill a hole into a birch tree, jam a tube in and a put a jar or a bottle underneath so the water could run directly in. It does not come as fast as water in the sink ofcourse, so you have to wait like a day or two. You can't get it from every birch tree and if it doesn't start leaking immediatly then you have to plug the hole. It tastes like water but more sweet. I've been drinking only this for like a week now because we have a shit load of it. My skin is clear, and clear as in no acne and no redness. I read that it does boost collagen. Also high in manganese and magnesium which are important for bone development. Water really is beta compared to chad birch.
