Birth mark on face

One of those orange dots that sit over and away from your mouth. Beauty mark some call it, but I hate that name.
Is it much of an issue? I'd like to get mine removed but i would not want a crater-like scar to takes its place.

What does it look like? Have you ever spoken to a dermatologist about having it removed? The scarring might not be as drastic as you might think.

Makeup on dudes, if its somehow visible in day light etc., can give some phaggot vibes though to other ppl that can see it.
