Bisglycinate zinc or gluconat zinc?

Is it really necessary to buy zinc bisglycinate over zinc gluconate, I heard they are more expensive but absorbed faster (but it's too expensive guys), zinc gluconate is much cheaper

Idk tbh I doubt they make a big difference. Just get the cheaper one
