Bitcoin on mercuryo

I’m trying to buy bitcoin on mercuryo wallet. I need to buy $245USD worth of bitcoin. I’ve tried purchasing it and it said something went wrong with authorisation. I’m Australian so I’ve tried buying the converter amount in AUD and still not luck.
Can anyone help me??
