Most people overlook this, but plain black coffee (no sugar/milk) is actually a solid looksmaxxing method, and this is why.

1. Appetite control = easier to stay lean
It suppresses hunger a bit, which makes it easier to eat less and avoid random snacking. Staying lean is half the game.

2. Better workouts
Caffeine = more energy and focus which leads to better training and a better and leaner physique over time.

3. Keeps you sharp
You look more awake, less sluggish, better eye contact. Small but noticeable difference.

4. No bloating
Unlike sugary drinks, it won’t mess with your face or cause water retention.

5. Slight metabolism boost
Not huge, but combined with eating less, it helps.

How to use:
2 cup in the morning, maybe 1 before training, but figuering out your own personal preferance is best. And don’t ruin your sleep.

It has acctually helped me so much while cutting, give it a try trust me.
