First of all, the way human work is by repetition. This society is actually not even advanced at all. It is passed down. Nor are europeans or black people significantly different from each other aside a few genetic mutations and repetition. And when i say repetition i mean people and kids who do certian things since birth will simply be more proficient at them. Before you talk about black vs white you would have to at least factor in all of these variables i stated, at least. Also, your missing so many factors. Research done on this in the 90’s have found an overall smaller cranium size in blacks, so many times it came out that white people have larger occipital regions. So it’s a harder thing to study than you think. But looking at the cranofacial structure of a person can tell you a lot about the regions of their brain proportionally and how the brain is working. Proportionally, black people have smaller frontal lobe regions to their occipital lobes.

Of course research on this is scarce due to low participation; most black people don’t want to engage in a study measuring brain size and comparing it to whites.

They don’t study this because science is not allowed to come to the conclusion that blacks have smaller and different brains than whites. Most black people choose not to engage in studies measuring brain size, especially one comparing brain size to whites. Whenever science finds a smaller frontal region in blacks, they explain it as a result of lower socio-economic status or a simply random difference in participants. But this doesn’t satisfy me, because a significant visual difference in cranofacial structure should indicate a significant difference in brain function as well, as the cranial bones are constantly shifting by millimeters as you use your brain differently.
