Maybe 20% of my Ward are genuinely retarded, the Others are Just weak fucks or smart people who gamed the system, Like me

Only 20% of ppl in my ward are genuinely mentally ill.
The Other 80% are lazy, weak fucks.
Except me, i gamed the system because i was too high IQ to workcel.
But there are also Others in the Ward who are too Low IQ to workcel.

So Ward = lazy, weak + too high or Low IQ to workcel, 20% are genuinely retarded
