The surgeon was retarded. She had a recessed maxilla but protrusion genetically where the lower maxilla is grown forward with the teeth going forward, and they moved the lower maxilla forward A LOT making it even worse.

They should have just left the maxilla where it was, then retruded the mandible greatly, and given her like a minor 3mm genioplasty.
