She probably already had some contact that owned chicken franchises to buy the wings at half price. It seems like she only got caught because she got greedy and exceeded the normal budget. If she had only stolen a million dollars in wings then she probably would not have been caught. For everyone like her that get caught there are 3 that act more prudently and never get caught.
