It’s much deeper than that… he isn’t simply measuring food calories or his own thermal dynamics he’s done intense calcs on his house the rooms himself and the distances and variables such as windows etc to measure how long heat will heat his house up and how much will be lost to factors out of his control such as holes in the floor, windows etc

Don’t try to dumb down what he did by lumping it in “Calorimetry” too look smart. Brother for once you can’t do that here give him the respect he deserves for his calcs in my big house this would take forever to do with the 2 flights of stairs

And I can confidently say 90% of normies cannot do this either
