Blackheads and skin texture

Had acne up till last year and now I have seemingly permanent blackheads across my nose, forehead, and cheeks. Any changes I can make to mitigate this? Or remove it

moisturizer. If u dont like shiny as fuck moisturizer, use la roches moisturizer that is anti-shine and slimy.

Its fucking exquisite. Or use hylauronic acid. Also those are most like sebacious filaments. If u go to a beach and sunbathe and then end up swimming they somehow go away in a couple days. idfk how

Funny I’m right near the beach so I’ll practice your method out. I also use neutrogena hydroluronic acid moisturiser but doesn’t really change shit
