blackheads

i do not have any facial acne besides blackheads, i have been able to lessen them by using a salisylic cleanser but they are just smaller, not gone. any other methods?

are you sure it's not acne? I also thought I had blackheads but it was acne. As for the nose, there are some patches that work very well

low dose isotretinoin then just use tretinoin for life.
