Blackpill Going Mainstream is a societal detriment
Foreword
We all know by now that the blackpill is becoming increasingly ubiquitous within modern society and social media. We’ve seen normie content creators talk about “bp”, there’s a good chance many of us have grey friends who make “mogging” jokes and this has become commonplace within the past 2 years.
The Erosion of Choice
The blackpill/looksmax sphere going mainstream has resulted in plethora of people being exposed to the idea that looks are everything and that as individuals, wē are constrained by our own aesthetics. While this idea may be true, its prominence in real life had become exacerbated due to the blackpilled popularity boom. People are more likely now more than ever to be aware that looks mean everything and they will make choices solely based off of that fact.
What This Means
Society has essentially been blackpilled to the point that the clarity that was once touted by its members has been traded in for increased hostility and a deeper sense of bitterness. Now that people (especially women) are aware of the importance of a man’s visage, the bar has been raised.
What the Future May Hold
As someone who has watched the community grow and helped it to expand, I believe wē are approaching the point of no return. As society continues to take doses of the blackpill, I believe the dating market will reach the highest disparity possible. This will result in more experiences that reflect the core injustices that forums like this were built to discuss.
TLDR; the blackpill community has only further exposed people to the injustices it was fighting to stop.
