Is it worth taking arimidex or other E blocker to raise T/DHT ? Is it even going to have these upregulating T effects?

E inhibits osteoclastic activity naturally, which strengthens your bones. As long as you dont have another way to inhibit osteoclast dont nuke your e, low dose aromasin might help for dimorphic growth, high dose letrozole not that much.

no. estrogen is the response of secenscence in the growth plates. I can reverse secenscene with SAMe, Folinic acid and MSM chondroition. Which are all btw harmless.

12.5 mg eod or e3d. It has sides tho. If your e is in the normal end maybe high to normal i suggest proviron instead. but using low dose aromasin and proviron is a great combo. but itll crash your E.
