Can you believe this guy? While i think elon is a massive grif, i laugh when i see how normies truly believe the average guy is smarter than the decentralized few.

Low iq people are literally the same normies. iq as in how much you able to care or recognize patterns. There's a reason i only speak about preposition, genetics, greater variance. Black or white literally does not matter outside spectrum of traits, but it becomes painfully obvious the potential choices of sense a person can have increases linear to iq, and that iq itself is a perticular thing of probability, thus a thing of lesser and more random nature (decentralized) Noti all of the guys yapping about their tribe always say the same stupid shit like this. The issue is that yea i agree, dei is bullshit and favors black women, homosexual men, and other etnic token interests. Equality is just feminism bullshit yea. But the general reason why we have rules is so there's a inanimate middle ground where its no tolerance. the responsibilities of the higher iq are one of them. You simply dont create rules that ruin the grounds for high iq probability's to occur. thats dumb and will get to this later. If you want to succeed your going to have to be decentralized. Divergency is key to making sure you can centralize the smart people which tend to be spread apart than close together (bell curve general information), is critical to progression from a humanity perspective.
The reason America and white people today are so cucked is because of this. Media/rcism/etc faded the minorities with the cuckery and created a hostile environment where on sight immigrant divergency cant be cultivated properly and utilized in the future. No smart guy can be raised in that environment to be also productive, or the smart ones die/grow ill and or smart and thus leave. Now you have indians etc. which are first gen, which is a problem because they don't have American identity and send their money oversees, as well as gatekeep the workforce to prioritize other indians etc. But, Indians are lower iq than lets say black people statistically and while they also have leaders in tech, their culture and the way they generally treat and see others, including others different than them is a major problem.
