It's an awful way to spend thousands of dollars a month for something chads get for free from women who look better than those prostitutes.
He just doesn't have the face to compete with them on apps so he came to this conclusion.
By far the smartest financial decision for a guy like him is simply LTR:ing a mediocre to below average woman.
Yes she wont be hot, but he wont need to pay for sex and he can have it daily instead of a special occassion that costs hundreds of dollars each.
