Basically almost all the founding fathers were significantly taller than average. Keep in mind in their time the average height was 5'6.

Thomas Jefferson and George Washington were both 6'3. In the 1800s, 6'3 is like 6'7 today.

Short people will never be seen as leaders.

The average height of a person born in Stalin's day was 5'6 so he was only 2 inches below ideal.
He was born in late 1800s where the average height was 5'6.

Here's another interesting tidbit.

Osama bin Laden was 6'5 and the leader of the most notorious terrorist group alive. For a man born in 1957 that's incredibly tall. It's still very tall even by modern standards.

Being short is more of a liability than being tall is an asset. Little known fact. While race and facial attractiveness are more important, height is also crucial.

In women's eyes face matters more, but height is far more important for how everyone treat you and not just girls, society as a whole sees manlets as useless worms.
