I got blackpilled age 21 if you haven’t realised already from the title...


my tongue before I found out about mewing was 60% on the roof of my mouth and I was kind of improving posture but I want to know is it possible that 20-21 my maxilla may have become more recessed? Or is it negligible

You can have very small results but don't expect a full face transformation.

I don’t mean I’m trying to get results I just mean is it possible that from 20-21 it got more recessed while I didn’t know about mewing

You should mew at that age even if it won't fix current failos.
I checked some photos from when I was 20 (5 years ago) and comparison is brutal.
I lost around .20 fwhr and pretty fine jawline I had at that time.

so it’s unlikely that I got more recessed 20-21 and now that I started mewing it’s good damage control

I started good posture at 19/20 but I just didn’t fully mew with the back of my tongue surely that can’t changed my maxilla measurably from June 2019 to now?

A year is a sufficient time for the face to change visibly for the better or worse. Especially worse.
