is it the implant design's fault or is it because his other features is not attractive enough to carry that giant jaw?

i think lot's of people confused at this part. big jaw is not suitable for everyone.

he has a kinda long midface with long philtrum.
his zygos are looking fake.
his chin is too pointy to carry that jaw.

it's not about his jaw.

it's not about his jaw.

His big ass Forehead. Chin and midface is already giving him long face.. Those implants will just make it even more longer and his face look too boxy.

Both. Their proportions are fucked up. The bigonial width should be slightly lower than the bizygomatic width.

i agree but the patient was really ugly before. with implants he has kinda string features so, overall he's a lot better.

He needs zygo implants but otherwise the implants look ok considering what he was working with
