Lamb as the meek, day to day man, content with being a small cog in the wheel. They are innocent because they do not fully understand that they are more or less the modern slave caste and they are also painfully unaware of some uncomfortable truths. They work their lives away living in homes they do not own and they consume things that make them old by 30.
Tiger as the solitary predator, fearsome in its creation, fearful symmetry describing what can only be striking countenance. Alexander the Great was supposedly tremendously beautiful, so you can imagine his type as the fearsome tyger.
On top of it the curious thought that both of these are creations of the same universe. Did he who made the Lamb make thee?

Did he who made Gandy make thee?
