Bleeding while bs

I’ve been bs for like a month seen significant change tho been bleeding slightly recently every time I do it I think it’s cus of the abrasion do I js continue cus it’s not rlly posing any problem apart from the blood n what should I do to avoid the damage and reduce the appearance of bruising n cuts
