Blepharitis is making me beyond depressed as fuck, truly ropefuel

Ive developed blepharitis on my ptosis eye, which for those who haven't heard of blepharitis before is this condition that makes your eyelids chronically red and inflamed, swollen, greasy and crusty, I always wake up with my eyelids practically glued shut and I have to pry my eyes open with my hand which kinda hurts, it comes in waves, some weeks my eye isn't red and inflamed at least but on really bad weeks like this one out of nowhere it gets sore and inflamed as fuck and my eyelids start oozing this weird pus like substance and when I walk outside the air immediately irritates them further and my eyelids form this strange greasy substance too, which causes me to get stared at really fucking badly, I get stared at badly anyway but when it flares up I can see how terrified people are of me, I scare the shit out of people, the fact that it affects one eye really adds to my already not great symmetry

And the worst thing is it's not curable, it's a fucking chronic lifelong ailment, it never completely goes away and I'm gunna have to do stupid fucking hot compresses on my every day, it's making me legit suicidal, I went to the gym today and I got stared at by everyone on the way and I just felt too disgusting and gross to stay there so I left the gym to rot at home within 20 minutes of being there, I felt too self conscious and fucking repulsive with my red greasy fucking eye

Anyone who knows about blepharitis know how to deal with this evil condition?
