Idk, my both parents are white and poland, upper blehp will give me aesthetic result but idk if i can get it at 18 too

Yep, thats like 3k in Poland with fat grafts too but bleph is mainly for older people like 30s

like my brow ridge is large which pushes fat into the eyelid making the eye not be able to open as wide

Go to facebook groups with cantho, they will help you with decission it worked for me. cantho seems easy idk about epicanthaplasty
bleph is usually skin removal not a fat

I would say lower bleph is more risky than upper bleph. Combined with fat grafts is achieves good result for most people I would say.

I think about 10-20% fails and requires another surgery for the upper, for lower idk

I would do only Upper+ fat graft for lower eyelid, i hope my surgeon will be not retarted 100% i will tell him skin-only upper bleph

Yeah its often muscle issue as well, look into ptosis repair if you have drooping upper eyelid

Both your supra and infraorbitals look fine tbh and u don’t even have that much of uee. I feel like the major failos in your eye area are low esr and low pfl.
Obviously, correcting eye spacing requires a box osteotomy which is a very invasive procedure, but u could potentially increase pfl with a lateral canthopexy

Wow these shots are a bit scary man. Bleph can slightly improve the area but if u have to choose one, cantho just makes more sense

Canthopex is almost always preformed with a lower bleph, its common for people to get upper/lower at the same time. So not sure why you wouldn't be able to do it.

Yep but i want upper bleph not lower, i want fat grafts to lower eye lid bcs i have tear through, canthopexy is goated tho i see bc i dont need canthoplasty
