Fast food , alcohol , heavy carb meal , Na/K balance etc ..... could be a number of reasons hard to say without any context. Doesn't matter how lean you are if you don't have the bone structure . I assume you are wondering why your face lacks definition and hollow cheeks is what i'm assuming you mean by the term bloating.
