Okay guys, I'm going to talk about a topic that people don't pay much attention to This is related to chronic bloating due to digestion I cut out artificial sugars months ago, except for fruit. I stopped consuming carbohydrates, but the result is always the same: a burning, painful stomach and bloating. I also pass a lot of gas, almost every 15 or 30 minutes. I went to the doctor and he gave me some damn charcoal pills that cause constipation. Nobody knows what's wrong with me. It's rare that I don't have any more problems; it lasts a maximum of two weeks, at which point I debloat so hard and where I am at my prime But honestly, I've tried everything: glutamine, charcoal, nothing works. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. No need to tell me to go see a doctor.

Sometimes it’s not even the foods themselves but how fast you eat, swallowing air, carbonated stuff, or random things like onions, garlic, whey, or hidden sugar alcohols messing you up. Cutting carbs or switching diets too fast can also throw your gut bacteria off and make things worse. A lot of people have luck going back to simple cooked foods and adding things in one by one, or spacing meals out so your stomach can calm down. Stress can screw your gut too, way more than people expect. Also try drinking only water for a week liquid wise and avoid milk for a bit. If you want, tell me what you usually eat and I can help you narrow it down

I've cut out sugar, so I only drink water. I'm quite stressed, that's true. I eat mashed potatoes with bacon and sometimes a mixture of peppers, tomato, meat, and eggs, and I make milkshakes with banana and berries every day. I'm a student and that's all I eat. I don't think I have a problem with lactose; I've eaten cheese and milk since I was little without any issues. It's pasta that really bothers me, and I stopped eating it two months ago. There had been an improvement for a while, then I ate outside again and the purging started again.
