I’ll definitely ascend , swimming at 5 in the morning is a different feeling ,pairing that with sprinting , just thinking about it releases so much serotonin
Ascension starts next month rn I will do some research on this site abt other things as well

im 4.7% bodyfat 5'11 53KG aswell,

going to do sarms and mk probably around september-november, ill let you know how my weight improves.

only ways to gain weight are just eating or muscle, and i cant eat.

judging by your post your Indian as well and rich , so I would recommend
1. Consume non veg ,mutton is goated if homemade is an option, raw milk, ; if veg I would recommend soya chunks, paneer and some pulses , yogurts with fruits (best)
2. My way was to eat simply everything I loved to point that I could somewhat feel that im full, I hate nuts you could pair them with fruits tho, and I would have consistent orders at restaurants like shit load of wings ,fried chicken momos(Goated),etc
I hate sweet food, and avoided mutton from outside as I don’t believe them mfs who knows they could be feeding me dogs and shit ,so completely avoided that also my go to places were chilis, pirates of grill etc , I’ll try to attach some pics

I was 5,9 in the above pic, i haven’t measured myself yet but it’s def above 5,11 , and I prefer natty but to each their own, swimming might just give my poor posture an inch

teeechhnically sarms are natty, so a stack like ac262 + mk677 + enclo + tudca + nac + RU should be fine to grow insane with very minimal risk, ill let you know after i try it though.
