I'm being forced to mouth breathe rn cause both my nostrils are blocked

Take a normal breath in and a normal breath out. Pinch your nose (just do it I know its blocked) and hold your breath. Start walking or doing squats, do that for as long as you can, it needs to feel uncomfortable like you are suffocating. Then let go and your nose will be somewhat clear(er). Do not hyperventilate but beathe slowly, delibaratly slow your breathing down. Do that again and again until your nose is clear. To keep the nose clear practice the Buteyko method, google it.
This is known as the nose unblocking exercise in the Buteyko method. It does work I can confirm, however to keep the nose unblocked is more difficult that to clear it once.
