Buccal fat removal doesn't do shit to anything, it astounds me that people still get this done to them. If you just look up "buccal fat removal before and after" and go to images there's practically no difference in the face at all

Leanmaxxing doesn't do shit as well. If you lose fat in your face you will get wrinkles around your eyes and sunken eyes. Leanmaxxing works if you have well developed facial bones.

Which is pretty ironic. Only time a buccal fat removal should be considered is when you have chipmunk cheeks from stubborn buccal fat. I saw an article about a guy who had giant ass cheeks all his life despite being lean, he got a buccal fat removal and it was genuinely a night and day difference. It's cope otherwise
