Disagree, it actually throws off the phenotype. You would think she dyed her hair, because blonde + green/blue eyes are what's expected.

Brown eyes look best with dark hair. Colored eyes look good with all.

It's just personal preference I like brown eyes with blonde hair because it looks more innocent whereas blue eyes usually trigger my inferiority complex it's over
