Blood test results help TRT 250mg

Been doing 250mg test for a month. Why is my total test so high but free test only slightly above the reference range? Also is my E2 good? Been doing 0.25mg arimidex daily and 1mg finasteride.

So total test is useless and free test is the only one that matters and the one that dht gets converted from? So as im only slitghly above the reference range i should up my test e dose right?

Update, 300mg test, 0,25mg arimidex on pin days (3 times a week), switched fin to dut. Considering these changes i should have slightly more test and like twice as much estrogen but after a month blood test results came exactly the same as they were before lol.

I think my blood test clinic is just using some cope measuring methods meant for natties that dont go beyond a certain limit but i still wonder why my e2 would be that low cause i feel great and take dut which is like supposed to raise your estrogen along with trt
