SOME PRIOR INFORMATION:
i just recently turned 15, im 5'9, i have been in a calorie deficit for around 2-3 months now so not a surprise if my hormones are tanked
i need actual advice because it might be over

Kidney Function Tests:

no way you have that little testosterone you shouldve never done that calorie deficit
 
i was trying to drop down my bf% so i can get lean and lower aromatization or whatever
so what am i supposed to do abt it bro
you shouldntve of done that your only 15 any you might be stuck short but anyways heres everything to do
1 hour sun per day, 4x working out per week, raw milk, red meat, eggs, 4x sprints per week, 45 minutes of low intensity cardio per day (walking) vitamin d3 + k2, zinc, iron, 9 hour sleep per night, sun your balls, ice your balls before bed, eat 4k calories of unprocessed natural food per day, lower stress, start grounding

and some studies show cold lowers T
