Blood thinning with chamomile tea conclusions after 7 days

Do not use more than 1 packet of chamomile tea per day and do not drink it at all unless you feel that your blood is thick or until you feel dehydrated

I use only natural products and do not recommend using chemicals for thinning blood

I don't recommend just thinning your blood, like if you feel like your blood is too thin, you should thicken it by eating sugar

I can say that everyone should buy a package of chamomile tea after this

It all started with drinking chamomile tea after I stopped drinking energy drinks

These three days flew by unnoticed, I drank chamomile tea with a huge amount of sugar, like 50-100g daily

I put a jar of boiling water with 1 bag of chamomile tea and then divided it 50 to 50 water to tea with sugar

On the fourth day I felt incredibly perfect and like a drug addict I wanted to immediately take a dose of energy drinks, as a result, after drinking it I started shaking as if I had drunk an energy drink for the first time in my life and it was an interesting effect

As a result, as I understood, my circulatory system was restored to an incredibly good state in just so many days, although before I had not drunk an energy drink for weeks to recover and still did not get such an effect

My eyes started watering again and I stopped feeling dehydrated (Before drinking energy drink again)
After that I thought, what if I drink chamomile tea with an energy drink, because when I drank an energy drink I noticed that I felt dehydrated even if I drank a lot of water

And yes, it worked, as it turned out, energy drinks thicken the blood, and tea thins it

Now, by balancing my blood thickness, I could drink energy drinks and not feel dehydrated

But it still doesn't get the effect of just not drinking energy drinks, the eyes don't water and they are still dry

And i think all positive of camomile tea is actually from thinning thick blood

TLDR: Blood thickness must be kept in balance, otherwise you will feel dehydrated with thick blood or weakened with thin blood. To thin the blood, you can use chamomile tea
